Welcome to the
Hudel Lab, situated on the sunny campus at the University
of California, Irvine. Our group is mainly concerned with determining
the structure of proteinaceous macromolecules at atomic resolution. To
probe into Nature's architectural wonders, we use X-ray crystallography,
atomic force microscopy, calorimetry, dynamic light scattering, circular
dichroism, not to mention all of the other biophysical, biochemical, and
molecular biological techniques that are of use to us.
